Smoothie No - 23

2 cups fresh kale
2 cups coconut milk, unsweetened
1 cup mango
1 cup pineapple
1 banana
2 tbs coconut flakes, unsweetened

1 Blend the kale and coconut milk together until smooth.

2 Add remaining ingredients and blend again.

Try and use at least one frozen fruit to make the smoothie cold.
