Smoothie No 20 - Cranberry

2 cups fresh Kale
1.5 cups cranberry juice (unsweetened)
0.5 cup of water
2 oranges peeled
2 bananas
.5 lime squeezed

Blend kale and the cranbery juice until smooth.

Then add the remaining ingredients.

Serves 2

This smoothie is a cocktail of vitamins A, C and K and will give your immune system a great boost.
