Smoothie No 19 - Turmeric

2 Cups spinach
2 Cups water
3 Cups chopped pineapple
Juice of 1 lemon
Half tsp ground turmeric
1 piece (half") fresh ginger, peeled
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Turmeric is an anti inflammatory spice.
