Smoothie No 18

2 Cups Spinach
Quarter cup fresh mint, stems removed
Quarter cup cilantro, stems removed
2 Cups unsweetened coconut yogurt
1 cucumber, peeled
Juice of half lemon
Quarter teaspoon ground cumin
Pinch of salt

Blend spinach, mint and cilantro until smooth

Then add remaining ingredients and blend again.

Serves 2
