Smoothie No 10 - Sweet Potato

2 cups spinach
2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
1 orange, peeled
2 cups cooked sweet potato, chilled
1 cup chopped pineapple
2 tablespoons hemp hearts
1 piece (half") fresh ginger,peeled
Juice of half lime.



1) Blend the spinach and coconut milk until smooth.

2) Add the orange, sweet potato, pineapple, hemp hearts, ginger amd lime juice and blend again.



* You can use one frozen fruit to make the smoothie colder.
