Smoothie No 9 - Kale

2 Cups kale, stems removed
2 cups water
1 cup blueberries
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 banana
2 tablespoons almond butter


1) Blend the kale and water until smooth.

2) Add the blueberrries, pineapple, banana and almond butter and blend again.



This smoothie is great for postworkout. Kale is good for hair, nails and bone health and provides protein,iron, vitamins and minerals.
