Smoothie No 6 - Avocado, Spinach + Coconut water

2 cups spinach
2 cups unsweetened coconut water
2 cups chopped pineapple
1 avocado, halved, pitted and peeled


1) Blend the spinach + coconut water until smooth.

2) Add the pineapple + avocado. Blend again.

Avocado is rich in monounsaturated fats, antioxidants + vitamin E, helps regenerate skin cells for youthful skin.

Coconut water helps hydrate and regenerate your skin from the inside out.

Spinach is loaded with lutein which keeps eyes sparkling and healthy.
