Smoothie No2 - Swiss Chard

2 Cups Swiss Chard, Stems removed
2 Cups Water
1 Cup blueberries
2 ripe pears, halved, cored + peeled
2 tablespoons coconut oil

1) Blend Swiss card + water until smooth.
2) Add blueberries, pears, coconut oil and blend again.

Swiss Chard is packed with magnesium, iron and vitamins A, B, C + K. It provides natural energy and adding the coconut oil provides you with even more energy.
