Smoothie Number no1: Mint

2 Cups Coconut Milk (Unsweetened)
1.5 cups fresh spinach
0.5 cup fresh mint leaves
2 Bananas
4 Medjool dates
(If you cant find these types of dates, use a little raw honey or 100% mapel syrup)
1 Spoon of vanilla

Blend the spinach, mint and coconut milk until smooth.Then add remaining ingredients.

Mint has many health benefits:
1) Helps digest food easier
2) Natural stimulant, it can help with weight loss by helping the body burn fat faster.
