HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is an enhanced, intense and highly time-efficient form of interval training that conditions the whole body, boosting fitness, strength, stamina and overall physical functionality.
HIIT Blast is circuit training based; it alternates periods of intense and generally anaerobic exercise with short recovery periods.

Don't worry if you've not done this type of class before - no prior experience is necessary! Each 30 minute classes (and 30 minutes is enough!!!!) is suitable for participants of all fitness levels from beginner to the more advanced participant!

The goal of these HIIT classes is to maximise results and improve overall fitness. So whatever your level, you can trust our fully qualified and experienced instructors is to make sure you're properly challenged. Our HIIT classes are small studio based group sessions.

There is no fixed routine so each HIIT class will be different. Your Trainer has a broad range of exercise techniques and principles to call on.

The only thing that each class has in common is that it's a tough, sweaty, upbeat and energising workout. An uncompromisingly challenging session designed to fatigue the muscles, raise your heart-rate and body temperature, and boost your resting metabolism for up to 24 hours afterwards.

Our HIIT is ideal for anyone looking to improve shape and definition but without gaining any muscle mass.

You'll to strengthen and tone muscles and create a posturally-correct, muscular, lean body. You'll see improvements in strength and cardiovascular fitness. It's also a really efficient fat-burning workout. And you'll feel great afterwards thanks to its ability to generate bucket loads (technical term) of endorphins.
