If you commit to one of our personal training packages and agree to follow our guidance 100%, and yet you still fail to reach your goal within the time agreed then we'll happily give you back 100% of your investment with us AND continue to train you for free until the goal is reached.

We believe that if we say that we'll help you achieve a goal we should actually deliver the goods. After all, you're paying for that result aren't you?

You might be thinking 'where's the catch?' There isn't one. As long as you follow our advice you'll be a winner and won't even need to think of asking for your money back!

We offer personal training packages with 30, 45 and 60 sessions.

All personal training packages include:

Food diary feedback.
Weight and measurements taken at the start and finish.
Gym & classes membership.
Tailored workout programmes.


Terms & Conditions

Instructions by a client to commence personal training will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. The client is asked to pay special attention to the provisions related to liability and cancellations - this does not affect your statutory rights.

The Trainer's Obligations

The trainer will use their skills and knowledge to design a safe programme of exercise that will take into account the client's personal goals, fitness levels and likes and dislikes related to exercise.

The trainer will provide the coaching, supervision, advice and support that the client may need to help them achieve their goals.

The Client's Obligations

All client information will be kept strictly private and confidential. If the trainer requires further medical information from a practitioner, the client must provide such details.

It is understood between client and trainer that both must commit to the programme 100% in order to achieve results.

It is essential to note that the results you achieve will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: the time spent training with us; how hard you train; how disciplined you are with your diet and nutrition and your genetic and hormonal response to the training. We can design expert training programmes and motivate you during your sessions, but we can make no guarantee that individuals who join our gym will achieve the same results. Your dedication and hard work will be key to the results you attain. All personal training sessions need to be used within a fixed time period unless otherwise agreed.

The client is required to arrive on time for each training session so that a full session can be achieved on each visit.

The client is required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Clothes should be loose fitting and non-restrictive. Footwear should be comfortable and provide adequate support.

Personal Training Terms & Condition

1. Health Screening

All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme.
Your trainer may require a letter of 'medical clearance' from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge for providing this letter.

Your trainer cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions.

2. Cancellation Policy:

24 hours notice of cancellation is required for all appointments.
Notice of less that 24 hours will incur a full payment of the session fee.
If more than 10% of all sessions booked are cancelled in violation of this cancellation policy the trainer reserves the right to refund the monies for unused sessions paid by the client less a 15% cancellation fee. In this eventuality the trainer's obligations to the client and the training will terminate immediately upon 24 hours notice to the client however served.

3. Lateness Policy:

If the client is late for a session the session cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time.

If the trainer is late additional time will be added to the session or to subsequent sessions.

4. Fee Charging Policy:

The minimum number of sessions that can be purchased on a pre-booked time slot basis is six, eight, ten or twelve
Payment for these sessions must be made at the time of booking. Cheques should be made payable to Woodlands Fitness Centre Ltd.

Block Bookings must be paid for in advance BUT sessions do not have to be booked in advance. All sessions must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase.
All monies paid are non-refundable.

Liability

This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, Woodlands Fitness Centre Ltd does not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from Woodlands Fitness Centre Ltd's negligence or wilful default, or that of Woodlands Fitness Centre Ltd's employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation.
Woodlands Fitness Centre Ltd does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed packages and services. Woodlands Fitness Centre Ltd will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
Woodlands Fitness Centre Ltd does not accept any liability whatsoever for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the this website or services purchased from Woodlands Fitness Centre Ltd Personal Training or any other damage howsoever caused.
Woodlands Fitness Centre Ltd will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the sessions or service purchased in respect of any claim.

Miscellaneous:

Woodlands Fitness Centre Ltd may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. All sessions, packages and purchases from Woodlands Fitness Centre Ltd from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website onwards will be governed by those new terms.

These terms and conditions shall apply when you use the services of Woodlands Fitness Centre Ltd. They shall supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) whether oral or in writing. Woodlands Fitness Centre Ltd advises that you retain a copy of these terms and conditions.
You are advised to read (and are responsible for reading) all information on this website fully.

If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, those terms will be struck out and the other terms remain. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
